Limb shaking--a carotid TIA.

Summary

Limb shaking, an unusual transient ischemic attack (TIA), may signal carotid occlusive disease. Surgical revascularization appeared to benefit patients experiencing these tremors, suggesting a link to cerebral ischemia.
