Recent studies have shown promising sacral neuromodulation (SNM) results in neurogenic overactive bladder caused by multiple sclerosis. In the first half of 2025 we aim to start including patients in a multicentre, randomised controlled trial to test the hypothesis that SNM has a therapeutic benefit in this setting.
