Abstract:
This study explores the active recovery of force generation capacity and electromyographic (EMG) manifestations following load variations. Findings indicate that the degree of load reduction necessary for active recovery varies-1kg reduction is adequate after a 3kg load task, while a 2kg reduction is needed after a 4kg load task. Greater load reduction corresponds to increased active recovery, and a certain level of reduction can effectively recover muscle fatigue, comparable to passive rest. Identifying load change thresholds optimizes active recovery in tasks with load variations and investigation relationship between amount of load changes with degree of active recovery would offer insights crucial for athletes and workers, suggesting efficient active recovery with reduced loads for enhanced efficiency and injury prevention.
