Inhaled COPD medications reduced endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This reduction, linked to anti-inflammatory effects, may help manage COPD-related pulmonary hypertension (PH).

- These findings suggest that inhaled COPD treatments may mitigate COPD-related PH by reducing ET-1 levels through anti-inflammatory mechanisms.
