Abstract:
This article discusses alexandrite laser hair removal in forehead flap nasal reconstruction. We highlight the importance of timing, with preoperative hair removal offering better outcomes and preventing postoperative regrowth. Postoperative removal, however, is more complex and requires extended treatment. Follicular unit extraction (FUE) is suggested as an effective preoperative alternative. Both methods have advantages, and a personalized approach is recommended to optimize results.
