Non-Allergic Urticarial Skin Reactions Associated With MOv18 IgE, a First-In-Class IgE Antibody Recognising Folate

Urticarial skin reactions in patients treated with MOv18 IgE were not caused by allergic responses or antigen recognition. These reactions are likely infusion-related, common with monoclonal antibody therapies.
