Conjunctival nodules associated with onchocerciasis.

    Summary

    A rare case of ocular onchocerciasis presented with conjunctival nodules. Biopsy revealed Onchocerca volvulus microfilariae within a necrotic eosinophilic granulomatous inflammatory nodule, a previously unreported finding.
