Abstract:
Here we reported a 41-year-old male patient who presented with shortness of breath after activity. He had a history of methamphetamine snorting, and echocardiography showed a generalized hypokinesia of the right ventricular wall. Right-heart catheterization suggested precapillary pulmonary arterial hypertension, with the possibility of pulmonary hypertension caused by left heart diseases. After receiving a subcutaneous infusion of treprostinil, his condition improved, and his exercise tolerance was better than before.
