Summary

Short-term storage of collared peccary semen is feasible for up to 72 hours at 5°C using TRIS, NUTRIXcell, and PRIMXcell extenders in a Botutainer. These methods maintain sperm motility, membrane integrity, and binding capacity for potential artificial insemination applications.
