C5aR1 Promotes Invasion, Metastasis, and Poor Prognosis in Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma

The complement C5a receptor C5aR1 is elevated in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) and linked to increased metastasis and poor patient survival. Targeting C5aR1 may offer a new therapeutic strategy for advanced cSCC.
