Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) parameters, specifically the pure diffusion coefficient (D), combined with neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA 19-9) levels, can predict occult liver metastases in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) patients.
