Abstract:
Ewing's sarcoma is a rare and highly malignant tumour predominantly affecting the bones. Extra skeletal Ewing's sarcoma of Sino nasal tract, encompassing the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses is an exceedingly rare location for this tumour. We present a case of a 16 year-old boy who presented with right nasal obstruction, epistaxis and right facial swelling since 3 months. On radiological analysis the possibility of juvenile nasal angiofibroma /neoplasm was kept, on histopathology the final diagnosis of Ewing's sarcoma was made. By documenting this rare presentation, we aim to contribute to the limited body of knowledge on extra skeletal Ewing's sarcoma.
