Summary

Fetal heart measurements from the four-chamber view (4CV) can accurately detect coarctation of the aorta (CoA). This method achieves 98.15% sensitivity and specificity, with a low false-positive rate of 1.85% for diagnosing CoA in at-risk fetuses.
