Two oral glucose tolerance test (oGTT) solutions, a commercial Accu-Chek Roche and a standardized NRF 13.8, showed no significant clinical differences in 2-hour glucose levels or gastrointestinal side effects. This finding supports the interchangeability of these solutions in diagnostic testing.
