[Isolation of germs of a provisional EF-4 group from a dog-bite wound]
Abstract:
An arginine-dihydrolase positive biovar of the CDC group EF-4 was isolated in pure culture from a wound caused by a dog-bite. The bacteriological properties of group EF-4 and its differentiation from Pasteurella multocida are discussed.
