Background:
As the ageing population continues to grow, the need for treatment in urology is increasing. In order to be able to rely on well-trained urologists in the future, innovative training concepts are needed that take current and future developments into account.
Material And Method:
Overview of existing innovative training concepts in the field of urology and newer training approaches.
Results:
Overall, innovative training concepts in urology training offer promising prospects for the future. By combining technology, interdisciplinary learning and a focus on personal development, urologists can be optimally prepared for the challenges of modern medicine.
