Abstract:
Diffuse thyroid lipomatosis is an extremely rare condition characterized by the infiltration of fatty tissue within the thyroid gland. We report a case of 56-year-old woman presenting with neck swelling. Imaging showed features of thyroid lipomatosis. Histopathology confirmed the imaging diagnosis. Patient underwent right thyroidectomy.
