Sphenopalatine Artery Pseudoaneurysm Managed with Endovascular Embolization: A Case Report

Sphenopalatine artery pseudoaneurysms can cause rare nosebleeds. Endovascular embolization effectively treated a post-traumatic case, stopping bleeding and stabilizing the patient.

Background:
- Sphenopalatine artery (SpA) pseudoaneurysms are a rare cause of severe epistaxis.
- Traditionally, surgical ligation was the primary treatment for SpA pseudoaneurysms.

- To report a case of epistaxis secondary to a post-traumatic Sphenopalatine artery pseudoaneurysm.
- To illustrate the successful management of this condition using endovascular embolization.
