Patients Undergoing Oesophageal Cancer Surgery Do Not Have Impaired Haemostasis

Oesophagectomy patients rarely experienced severe bleeding or required transfusions. Hemostasis remained intact throughout the perioperative period, indicating no impairment during this major cancer surgery.
