Optical flow analysis revealed significant intrafractional tumor motion during liver magnetic resonance-guided adaptive radiation therapy (MRgART) under abdominal compression. Tumor motion monitoring in the sagittal plane is recommended due to liver sliding, with margins tailored to tumor location.
