Altered Neural Activation in First Episode Psychosis Patients With Comorbid Conduct Disorder: A Pilot Investigation

Conduct disorder (CD) in first-episode psychosis (FEP) is linked to altered brain activity during response inhibition tasks. These findings suggest neural differences when CD is present in FEP patients.

- Preliminary findings suggest altered brain regions for response inhibition in FEP with comorbid CD.
- These neural alterations may contribute to increased violence risk in FEP+CD.
