  • A modified Delphi method was used with epileptologists from university-affiliated hospitals.
  • Participants rated the feasibility and importance of proposed CDEs over three survey rounds.
  • Iterative refinements were guided by participant feedback to develop note templates.

  • 61 out of 68 invited epileptologists participated (89.7% response rate).
  • Consensus was reached on 6 CDEs for follow-up notes and 20 for initial/periodic evaluations.
