Adrenal carcinoma. A case report

A case of primary adrenocortical carcinoma presenting as Cushing's syndrome is described. The tumour, situated in the left adrenal gland, was surgically removed and the clinical features of the syndrome regressed. Local experience with adrenal carcinoma is discussed.
