Multiple meningiomas with varying MRI features and postsurgical outcomes: A case report

• MRI revealed multiple meningiomas, appearing as solid masses outside the axial plane, with variable DWI ADC results.

Findings:

• Transsphenoidal surgery confirmed a WHO grade I meningothelial meningioma in the sellar region.
• Post-surgery, CT showed a residual mass, but symptoms significantly improved.

Implications:

• This case highlights the complexity of managing multiple meningiomas.
• A multidisciplinary approach is essential for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment strategies for multiple meningiomas.
