Assessment of three large-scale depopulation methods for swine

Large-scale swine depopulation using water-based foam, nitrogen foam, and carbon dioxide all achieved 100% mortality. Foam methods showed faster cessation of movement and fewer aversive behaviors than carbon dioxide.
