Summary

A new liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) assay offers advanced characterization of messenger RNA (mRNA) in-vitro expression. This antibody-free method provides sensitive and selective protein antigen detection, complementing existing techniques for mRNA vaccine development.
