  • Expertise in science communication, particularly high Authoritativeness and Clarity, is associated with enhanced stress regulation during public speaking.
  • Physiological responses, measured by HRV, provide insights into the psychophysiology of communication expertise.
  • Findings suggest that communication skills training may influence stress management in public speaking contexts.
