Maxillary Bone Fracture Due to a Miniscrew-Assisted Rapid Maxillary Expansion: A Case Report

Miniscrew-assisted rapid palatal expansion (MARPE) can rarely cause maxillary bone fractures. Careful patient selection and CT scans are crucial to mitigate risks associated with this orthodontic treatment.
