Anti-RGS8 Paraneoplastic Neurologic Syndrome Presenting with Skew Deviation and Mild Cerebellar Dysfunction

RGS8-associated paraneoplastic neurologic syndrome (PNS) presents subtly with mild cerebellar issues. This case highlights the first RGS8-PNS patient with ocular motor symptoms and low-grade lymphoma.
