Reconstruction of Bilateral Upper Eyelid Colobomas Using a Vertical Temporal Advancement Flap

This case report details a rare congenital eyelid defect in an infant diagnosed with Manitoba oculo-tricho-anal syndrome. Surgical reconstruction using a vertical temporal advancement flap successfully restored eyelid function and protected the ocular surface.
