Accurate imaging of the temporal bone using computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is vital for surgical planning in otorhinolaryngology. Close collaboration between radiologists and surgeons improves outcomes for temporal bone inflammatory diseases and neoplasms.
