Comparative efficacy of pharmacologic interventions in ulcerative colitis: a network meta analysis

- Infliximab, guselkumab, and filgotinib are also effective, with tofacitinib leading in steroid-free remission.
- Small molecules and IL-23 inhibitors offer promising alternatives to older biologics, warranting further trials.
