Memory-phenotype (MP) CD4+ T cells can generate diverse T helper subsets, including regulatory T cells (Tregs). These MP cells show potential for enhancing anti-tumor immunity and mitigating graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after bone marrow transplantation (BMT).
