Long-term potentiation, or LTP, is one of the ways by which synaptic plasticity—changes in the strength of chemical synapses—can occur in the brain. Summary

Combining rotational atherectomy (RA) and intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) in a RotaShock (RSK) strategy offers an effective and safe approach for treating severe coronary calcification. Long-term outcomes demonstrate a durable result, supporting RSK as a valuable treatment option.
