Case:
We report a case of a 16-year-old adolescent boy with pain and decreased function of the left shoulder. Imaging demonstrated a rotator cuff tear and a proximal humeral mass, diagnosed as chondroblastoma by biopsy. Treatment involved a two-step surgical plan: curettage and bone grafting of the proximal humeral mass followed by arthroscopic repair of the supraspinatus. Both procedures were successful, restoring full shoulder function.
Conclusion:
This case represents a unique instance of concurrent chondroblastoma and supraspinatus tear in adolescents with its successful surgical management presented as a novel approach without prior literature.
