Fully robot-assisted minimally invasive esophagectomy (F-RAMIE) offers comparable safety and effectiveness to hybrid approaches (H-RAMIE). F-RAMIE shows benefits in lymph node retrieval and reduced ICU stay, with a slight economic advantage.
