Antithrombotic therapy in patients with inherited bleeding disorders: practical considerations

People with hemophilia (PWH) historically had lower thromboembolism (TE) risk. Improved management now means PWH can develop TE, requiring careful anticoagulant therapy considerations and alternative treatments to minimize bleeding risks.
