CT findings in pleural aspergillosis

Two patients who underwent pulmonary resections for lung cancer developed delayed pleural abnormalities. In each instance CT confirmed the presence of pleural thickening, nodularity, and intrapleural masses proven to represent intrapleural aspergillomas.
