Epithelial Remodelling in Myopia After Keratorefractive Lenticule Extraction.

Keratorefractive lenticule extraction (KLEx) using SmartSight resulted in minimal epithelial hyperplasia. Postoperative epithelial thickness changes after this myopia treatment were subtle and clinically insignificant.
