Amygdala-derived-EEG-fMRI-Pattern neurofeedback (Amyg-EFP-NF) effectively reduces post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms across all clusters. Emotion regulation may be a key mechanism driving sustained symptom improvement after treatment.
