Predicting Thrombophilia in Preeclampsia: Is Universal Testing Necessary?

In preeclampsia (PE) patients, a history of previous abortions and intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) indicate a lower likelihood of thrombophilia (TP). Women without these factors may benefit from TP screening.
