Optimal Oversizing With the New-Generation Evolut (PRO/PRO+/FX) Self-Expanding Valves: A Multicenter Study

Higher valve oversizing in transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) with Evolut valves reduces paravalvular leaks (PVL). This study found increased oversizing correlated with lower PVL incidence, without raising complication risks.
