    Summary

    Pregnancy in women with Class H diabetes (diabetes with ischemic heart disease) can be successful with careful cardiac monitoring and blood sugar management. Pre-pregnancy screening for cardiac issues helps identify suitable candidates for a positive maternal and infant outcome.
