Summary
Carvedilol effectively treated obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) in cats by resolving dynamic left ventricular outflow tract obstruction (DLVOTO) and improving myocardial function. This study suggests carvedilol is a promising treatment for feline obstructive HCM.
