To evaluate nursing service quality for orthopaedic trauma inpatients.
To determine rectification priorities using the SERVQUAL and Kano models.

Developed SERVQUAL and Kano model questionnaires.
Assessed 26 nursing service quality items for orthopaedic trauma inpatients.
Utilized factor selection and sensitivity analysis for prioritization.

Overall nursing service quality score was -0.55.
Identified 21 out of 26 items as low-level quality indicators.
Inadequate attention to patient safety and comfort emerged as primary issues.

Conclusions:

Prioritizing patient safety and comfort is crucial for improving nursing quality.
Implementing nurse training systems and optimizing service processes are key strategies.
Enhancements aim to improve patient experience and health outcomes.
