Abstract:
The York Mason transsphincteric-transrectal approach for closing postoperative rectoprostatic fistulas was used in a case of posttraumatic urethrorectal fistula 32 years after original trauma. This is the first report of the application of this method to urethral trauma complicated by urethrorectal fistula.
