Summary

Steroid-resistant acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) in a child improved with a modified zipper technique, combining intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) and therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE). This novel approach offers a promising alternative for challenging ADEM cases.
