Purpose of the Study:

  • Dietary oleuropein demonstrates pro-lipolytic and anti-adipogenic effects in broiler chickens.
  • Oleuropein supplementation may serve as a strategy to mitigate excessive fat deposition in broilers.
  • Further research can explore optimal dosages and long-term impacts of oleuropein on broiler performance and meat quality.
