[Evaluation of the degree of endogenous intoxication in oncological patients]

The paper is concerned with an evaluation of leucocyte index of intoxication, neutrophile/lymphocyte ratio and nuclear index in 55 patients with ovarian malignancies and 74 cases of stage IV lung cancer. Also, the said indexes were followed in 68 cases of gynecologic malignancies and 62 cases of lung cancer after radical surgery. Lymphocytic index of intoxication proved to be instrumental in the evaluation of endogenous intoxication in stage IV lung cancer and ovarian tumors before and after surgery.
