Abstract:
The aim of this research is to describe the vision of the main protagonists regarding current nursing training. The participants made it possible to cover all the training stakeholders. The need for trainers with a pedagogical background is desired by the respondents. We note that didactic techniques are little known. The university education of training must lead to an evolution of the trainer's profession.
